How are we Eco friendly? Our detachable padded sheets can be thrown in the washing machine and dryer, and then reused! Our product lasts for years and will not crack or shrink from the heat of the dryer. If you must wash the fitted sheet, keep the padded sheet attached and wash it all together. The reason for this is because the rough side of the Velcro can damage the surrounding items it is being washed with and lint can stay trapped in between the hooks of the Velcro. *** When washing the detachable sheets, keep the pad and sheet adhere in order to prevent damage or lint getting caught in the rough end of the Velcro.***
